Refund Eligibility
1.1 Non-Activated Data Plans:
Customers may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the eSIM has not been installed or the Data Plan has not been activated.
1.2 Activated Data Plans:
Once an eSIM has been installed and the Data Plan activated, the plan is considered used, and a full refund cannot be guaranteed. However, a partial refund may be considered under the following circumstances:
Data usage was minimal, and service quality issues (such as network or technical failures) originating from Roamvy can be verified.
The majority of the Data Plan remains unused (e.g., ≥99% of the data is unused).
1.3 Single-Use eSIMs:
For single-use eSIMs (as specified in installation instructions), no refund or replacement will be provided if the eSIM is removed from the customer's device before the refund request.
1.4 Discounted Purchases:
Purchases made with discount codes are non-refundable after the eSIM has been installed or the Data Plan activated.
Refund Request Process
2.1 Refund requests must be submitted to Roamvy’s support team within 7 days of the purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
